Chef Lan (Lanny) Liu started out as a humble student with great hopes and dreams for her future as a chef.
After graduating as an honours student from George Brown College’s Culinary Management Program, she then obtained her Red Seal and dove head first into the world of food.
Her journey has taken her to the Hilton Toronto, Four Season Hotel in Toronto, Windsor Arms Hotel, Le Select Bistro, Le Papillon French Restaurant, Shanghai International Airport Hotel… and the list goes on!
After over 10 years of experience in casual to fine dining, low to high profile catering, and always high volume banquets, chef Lanny’s new chapter is titled, “The Mission Eatery.”
