Brintnell Pharmacy & Travel Clinic came to us to vastly improve their web design presence. The user experience of the site prior to DIT stepping in was not easy for their customers, so we looked at how this could be dramatically improved.

Brintnell Pharmacy & Travel Clinic decided to create a brand new website from scratch with all the elements of services and products the pharmacy offers to its’ customers. An easy-to-use design was constructed, that looks great, and is focused on the customer experience – letting their customers know what to expect before going into the pharmacy.

The project was a large undertaking with new copy created for each of over 15 pages of the website. This enabled Brintnell Pharmacy & Travel Clinic to deliver their message clearly and concisely to all customers visiting their website. Also added on the website were testimonials and an Online Booking feature for new patient consultations.

Brintnell Pharmacy and Travel Clinic opened for business in April 2019, in the peaceful community of Brintnell. Our pharmacists, pharmacy technician and pharmacy assistants are committed to serving you and helping you feel better through the services and products we have to offer. 

Our staff is here to care for you, your family, and our entire community. 

We are open daily, except on New Year Day, Canada Day, and Christmas Day. Therefore, we do use the services of relief pharmacists, who come to cover shifts for our pharmacy manager whenever he is not available to work. 

A prescribing pharmacist is an ideal solution for residents of Alberta or visitors to Alberta seeking health care but are unable to book an appointment to see their family doctor, dentist, optometrist, nurse practitioner, or other health care professional, within a reasonable time.  

Our prescribing pharmacist can help by providing prescriptions for drugs to treat minor ailments and conditions if appropriate, thus increasing access to local health care services, and improving patient outcomes.
